At Turkcell, I have managed more than 250 In-Building Solution projects and contributed to nationwide communication infrastructure programs supporting airports, metro systems, hospitals, industrial facilities, and transportation networks. My expertise includes 4G and 5G deployment strategies, network investment management, CAPEX planning, stakeholder coordination, and infrastructure sharing programs. I am passionate about advancing next-generation communication systems and supporting critical public infrastructure.
