Dheeraj Kumar Dukhiram Pal is a highly accomplished Healthcare Enterprise Architect and interoperability expert, with a proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale health information exchanges such as SHIN-NY and ALOHR. His work has directly advanced real-time clinical data sharing, improved care coordination, and strengthened public health infrastructure—most notably during the COVID-19 pandemic.
