As a Cloud Transformation Engineer, I led a comprehensive initiative to enhance the company's IT infrastructure, user experience, and operational efficiency. This included implementing a centralized identity access management system by integrating multiple internal active directory domains with Okta, significantly improving security and simplifying user management. I also spearheaded the strategic migration of our on-premises IT infrastructure to Microsoft Azure's IaaS platform, which involved moving a multi-server farm, application servers, a load-balanced front-end tier, and a high-availability database cluster to Azure Virtual Machines. Additionally, I implemented Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline application development and reduce operational overhead. Furthermore, I modernized the Intranet website's UI/UX, developing a fully responsive and accessible site compatible with all modern devices, and formulated strategies to increase user adoption and engagement. Lastly, I developed and implemented a robust system to streamline the legal agreement lifecycle, ensuring efficient submission, review, approval, and execution of legal agreements while maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
