For over 21 years, I've been at the forefront of software quality and release management, progressing through diverse roles from Senior Consultant to Automation Architect, and ultimately, to leadership in quality and release engineering.
My management philosophy has been shaped by collaborating with numerous leaders, fostering a gradual yet consistent advancement in technical expertise, customer understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership. Strong technical and leadership background in risk and deployment management, release and quality governance, transforming QA to Software development engineers, release monitoring support, mentoring and coaching engineers and architects and providing opportunities to grow to their next level. Other areas of expertise in Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency. 
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including development, product management, and operations. Establishing quality gates and metrics for clear transparency in product quality and overall quality scorecard at organizational level for senior leadership. Expertise in aligning product and engineering on priorities and sync all stake holders on the rollout plans.
