Please carry out the following steps to submit the camera-ready paper and online registration:

1. Register online at  https://scrs.in/conference/aic2024/page/registration_fee. Click the “Click Here to Register” link, available on the registration page. You will be forwarded to Conference Services (https://confservices.in/Registration) website for the payment of the registration fee. Please select the Conference (AIC 2024 | IEEE World Conference on Applied Intelligence and Computing) and proceed to payment after filling in the required details.

2. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice attached to that Email. Please check your different Email folders if it is not in your primary inbox. This completes the fee payment.

3. Convert your paper in IEEE template using the following template:

Microsoft Word

• LaTeX Template Instructions (PDF, 63 KB) [Be sure to use the template's conference mode.]
• Template (ZIP, 700 KB) Updated October 2019
• LaTeX Bibliography Files (ZIP, 309 KB)

• When working in Overleaf, the template is available at https://www.overleaf.com/gallery/tagged/ieee-official

4. Go to the link https://mss7.scrs.in/ for camera-ready paper submission.
 
5. Enter your Paper ID and password. The password will be the name of the first four characters of the title of the paper followed by paper id. For example, if the title of the paper is “Advances in AI” and the paper id is “212” then the password will be “ADVA212”.
 
6. Upload the .zip folder, containing the following:
 
a. PDF of the revised paper.
b. Source files (word or all latex files).
c. Reviewers’ comments response.
d. Payment proof (invoice).
e. SCRS/IEEE Membership Certificate if you have registered in the SCRS/IEEE membership category.

Please note that the Last date for submission of the camera-ready paper, payment of registration fee, and online registration is July 14, 2024.
