Understanding and anticipating customer behavior is critical for driving engagement and revenue on any digital platform. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed this capability through advanced predictive models that determine the Next Best Action (NBA) for each customer in real time. By leveraging techniques such as propensity modeling, contextual multi-armed bandits, and reinforcement learning, e-commerce platforms can dynamically personalize experiences whether recommending products, offering incentives, or optimizing content delivery. This session explores how AI-powered NBA systems integrate behavioral data, machine learning, and decisioning engines to maximize customer lifetime value while respecting privacy and business constraints. Attendees will gain insights into practical architectures, model selection strategies, and success metrics that enable organizations to move from static campaigns to adaptive, customer-centric journeys.
