This presentation introduces a resource-aware data engineering framework that unifies marketing, sales, and financial datasets to deliver measurable efficiency and responsible decision intelligence at scale. Built on Snowflake, Azure, dbt, and Dagster, the architecture integrates sell-in, sell-out, and e-commerce data streams into a consistent analytical foundation, eliminating data silos and ensuring reliable KPI alignment across business functions. Through intelligent pipeline design, automated testing, and CI/CD orchestration, the system reduced data-processing time by 40 percent, improved ROI-tracking accuracy to 95 percent across 200 + campaigns, and cut operational costs by 40 percent. Beyond performance gains, this resource-efficient approach minimizes computational and marketing waste, supporting environmentally and financially sustainable operations. The talk will outline technical design patterns, optimization principles, and governance practices that transform raw data into trusted insights—demonstrating how resource-aware engineering can advance sustainable, responsible, and globally scalable decision intelligence in the CPG and retail sectors.
