This talk explores techniques for designing and deploying sustainable microservices, including container right-sizing, JVM optimizations for Java/Spring Boot services, and intelligent auto-scaling strategies. Drawing from real enterprise case studies, I will show how organizations can reduce 20–30% resource consumption while maintaining resilience, setting a blueprint for energy-aware system design.
