Karthik Linkalapalli is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in mainframe technology, project management, and infrastructure operations. He has led global teams working on high-availability and disaster recovery projects across banking, insurance, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
He has strong experience in managing data centre migrations, DR exercises, and automating mainframe workflows using tools like CA-7, Control-M, GDPS, and Copy Services Manager. He has delivered many large infrastructure projects successfully, within time and budget, and has introduced agile methods to improve productivity.
Karthik has worked with clients such as JPMorgan Chase, Tata Consultancy Services, ADM, Caterpillar, and CNO Financial Group. He is known for his skills in Mainframe Operations, z/OS Systems, and Business Continuity Planning.
He is passionate about linking traditional mainframe systems with modern technologies such as API integration, Linux on Z, and DevOps automation.
