As cloud-native systems become the backbone of digital enterprises, ensuring reliability at scale demands more than traditional monitoring—it requires intelligent, adaptive observability. This keynote explores how AI-augmented observability frameworks are transforming site reliability engineering. From real-time anomaly detection to automated root cause analysis and self-healing workflows, attendees will discover how computational intelligence can shorten mean time to recovery (MTTR), predict incidents before they occur, and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) across complex distributed environments. The talk will also highlight best practices for integrating AI-driven telemetry with modern DevOps pipelines, enabling organizations to move beyond reactive firefighting to proactive, data-driven resilience

Suresh Panchakarla is an accomplished Senior Solutions Architect with 2 Decade years of experience in building and scaling enterprise applications through Java, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Currently at Charter Communications, Suresh leads architecture, development, and production support for large-scale telecom systems, driving innovation and reliability across critical platforms such as Spectrum Mobile.
A hands-on leader in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, CI/CD, and Oracle, Suresh architects resilient backend systems and microservices while overseeing cross-functional teams in delivering full-stack solutions. His expertise ensures operational stability, agile delivery, and scalability in high-volume environments.

Previously, he held key leadership and engineering roles at FedEx, Marriott, Change Healthcare, where he led cloud migrations, designed high-performance data platforms, and integrated complex systems using technologies like Neo4j, Couchbase, Elastic Stack, and Apache Camel.
