AI-Powered Supply Chain Transformation: Master Data and Warehouse Intelligence for the Healthcare Industry

Abstract:

In today’s dynamic healthcare landscape, supply chain performance depends on more than logistics—it relies on trusted data and intelligent automation. Artificial intelligence (AI) and Master Data Management (MDM) are transforming warehouse operations, procurement, and inventory management into predictive, adaptive, and resilient ecosystems.

This keynote will explore how AI-driven MDM frameworks unify product, supplier, and warehouse data to enable real-time visibility, accurate demand forecasting, and optimized warehouse operations. By integrating AI into warehouse management systems (WMS), healthcare organizations can minimize stockouts, reduce waste, and improve fulfillment efficiency—all while ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and global GDP (Good Distribution Practice).

Through real-world use cases, attendees will learn how life sciences and healthcare leaders are applying AI-enabled MDM and warehouse intelligence to create agile, data-driven supply chains that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

  • Key Focus Areas:
  • Integrating Master Data and AI for warehouse optimization and supply chain resilience.
  • AI-powered demand forecasting and inventory accuracy in healthcare.
  • Real-world case studies: reducing disruptions, improving compliance, and enhancing fulfillment efficiency.
