Abstract:
As enterprises scale their AI workloads, the adoption of multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is accelerating. While this approach offers resilience and prevents vendor lock-in, it introduces operational complexities—particularly around cost optimization, workload orchestration, and regulatory compliance. This talk presents a practical blueprint for implementing a cost-aware multi-cloud MLOps framework that leverages AI-driven scheduling to dynamically distribute ML tasks. Based on recent experimental results that demonstrate up to 40% reduction in deployment times, 35% cost savings, and 27% latency improvements, we will explore how reinforcement learning optimizes resource allocation by evaluating real-time cloud pricing, latency constraints, and compute availability.
The session will dive into architecture patterns that incorporate Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Terraform, and Helm to enable seamless, cloud-agnostic ML deployments.
