He serves as Managing Director - Data Architecture at Webster Bank (USA), where he drives modernization initiatives across enterprise data platforms, regulatory reporting, and AI-driven analytics in the banking sector.

Dr. Dibouliya holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science,his work has led to multiple research publications in IEEE, Scopus, and Informatica-indexed journals, covering themes such as IoT system design, data-driven decision frameworks, AI-powered risk detection, and hybrid data architectures for large-scale analytics.

Beyond authorship, he is deeply engaged in the scholarly community as a peer reviewer for numerous international conferences and journals, where he has evaluated cutting-edge research on AI, data science, and cybersecurity.
