Anshu Kalia is a seasoned IT leader with over 17 years of experience in enterprise software development, system architecture, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Manager of Systems Application Development at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation in Florida, Anshu leads the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) division, overseeing key functions including Document Intake, Document Production, Document Repository, and both internal and external web platforms. A certified SAFe Product Owner and Advanced Scrum Master, Anshu is highly regarded for driving strategic initiatives such as the Smart Communications, Alfresco Upgrades, Mobile Site modernization, 508 Compliance for digital accessibility, and multiple large-scale insurance suite enhancements. He has consistently demonstrated excellence in team management, agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and production stability, earning multiple Super Star Leader Awards between 2019 and 2024. Prior to his leadership role, Anshu served as a Senior Developer at American Express and Technology Lead at Infosys, contributing to mission-critical projects for clients like Apple, General Motors, and TalkTalk, specializing in Java/J2EE and Thunderhead/Smart Communications.
