Securing the Modern Enterprise: From Branch to Cloud to Thing
Abstract:
Modern enterprises are no longer confined within traditional perimeters. Users, applications, and IoT devices are distributed across branches, multi-cloud environments, and remote locations—expanding the attack surface beyond recognition. Traditional perimeter-based security approaches fail to address this reality, resulting in visibility gaps, latency, and unmanaged risks.
This talk will present an integrated security architecture that combines SD-WAN, SASE, and IoT Security into a unified fabric. I will discuss how enterprises can secure connectivity while enabling digital transformation, the role of dynamic risk-based IoT segmentation, and how future technologies like AI-driven automation, post-quantum cryptography, and 5G/6G edge security will shape next-generation defense strategies. Practical case studies will highlight measurable improvements in application performance, compliance, and IoT incident reduction.
