He is the engineer behind some of Amazon’s most widely adopted analytics platforms, including the Customer Loyalty Analytics Dashboard, a system that has been used by more than two hundred and seventy thousand sellers. Through this platform alone, sellers created over three hundred thousand targeted promotions, resulting in significant revenue uplift, including an estimated $35 Million in additional sales for small and medium businesses in a single year. His second major platform, the Customer Journey and Basket Analysis Dashboard, is used by more than 150K sellers every month, making it one of the most critical decision tools in the marketplace ecosystem.

In addition to these large-scale analytics systems, he is a core contributor to a real time machine learning platform that predicts a customer’s likelihood to purchase within the next thirty days.
