This session presents a comprehensive and practical guide to designing next-generation GenAI retail platforms built on Large Language Models and cloud-native technologies. Attendees will explore how LLMs revolutionize the retail ecosystem by enabling deeply personalized customer engagement, intelligent product discovery, multimodal search, and automated content generation.
