AI-Driven Resilience: Building Self-Healing, Autonomous, and Predictive Cloud Systems
Abstract:
In this keynote, I draw on my experience leading large-scale cloud reliability and AI-driven automation initiatives to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of resilient digital systems. As modern infrastructures become increasingly distributed and complex, traditional operational approaches can no longer keep up with the pace, scale, and unpredictability of cloud-native environments. Organizations need systems that can sense, predict, adapt, and heal themselves—without relying on constant human intervention.
I will share insights from real-world implementations where AI models have been used to anticipate service degradations, intelligently correlate incidents, reduce operational toil, and enable autonomous remediation across mission-critical platforms. This includes practical lessons learned from building intelligent observability pipelines, designing adaptive feedback loops, and integrating machine learning into day-to-day platform operations.
Throughout the talk, I will present a forward-looking blueprint for creating self-governing, self-optimizing cloud ecosystems, blending human judgment with machine intelligence to deliver unprecedented levels of uptime, efficiency, and reliability. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how AI-driven resilience is transforming cloud operations
