Machine Learning Design Principles for Scalable, Reliable Cloud Infrastructure
Abstract:
Modern AI systems demand new approaches to computational and storage infrastructure. As organizations adopt machine learning and generative models, cloud architectures must evolve for greater performance, reliability, and flexibility. This keynote presents foundational principles for building and operating AI-ready cloud systems, with a focus on broadly applicable patterns. The talk covers conceptual approaches to distributed computing, data processing, model execution, and observability. Cloud patterns and principles for maintainability, efficiency, and robustness across diverse use cases are emphasised.
