Despite collecting vast amounts of Information, many companies struggle to create a unified view of their customers, operating with fragmented systems that create information silos rather than actionable insights.

My name is Ganesh Bollina, With over 11 years of professional experience in Cloud Technologies, particularly focusing on Customer Data Platforms and Enterprise System Integration. My most recent role was as a Lead Data Cloud Engineer where I contributed to building world-class platforms that empowered innovation at companies like Elevance Health, Salesforce, Vistra Energy, The Business Backer (subsidiary of Enova International), and Target. I hold a strong educational background from some of the leading global technology institutions, In my recent work at Elevance health, I led the transformation of customer service operations by deploying a real-time, scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architecture. Using segmentation logic identified patterns in duplicate claims and unresolved issues, enabling automated case triaging. By integrating this with Agentforce, customer agents received proactive, contextual guidance, dramatically improving the quality of support and resolution efficiency. While working at Salesforce, I spearheaded POC-based validation of Salesforce Data Cloud features to improve data ingestion, segmentation, and governance across multiple industries including healthcare, retail, and energy.
