In today’s rapidly evolving financial ecosystem, data has become the most valuable asset, and artificial intelligence (AI) the most transformative enabler. The financial services sector is under immense pressure to deliver innovation, maintain regulatory compliance, and build resilient systems capable of intelligent decision-making at scale. This keynote will explore how the convergence of data-driven architectures and AI technologies is reshaping banking and financial services. The talk will highlight advancements in enterprise data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and intelligent automation that empower institutions to unlock real-time insights, enhance risk management, and improve customer experience. Emphasis will be placed on the role of machine learning and generative AI in fraud detection, anti–money laundering (AML), regulatory reporting, and personalized financial services. Dr. Ashish Dibouliya is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Cloud Data Warehousing, Advanced Analytics and AI, with a strong focus on the Banking and Financial Services sector. He currently serves as Managing Director – Data Architecture in a US based bank, where he has spearheaded data strategy and modernization initiatives across some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including Webster Financial Corporation, ADP, General Electric Capital, Dollar Financial Group, and O&G Industries Inc. His expertise lies in designing and leading large-scale, cloud-native data platforms, enabling regulatory compliance, advanced analytics, and AI-driven business insights. Academically, Ashish holds a Ph.D. in Computer Applications from Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal (M.P.), India, a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science & Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Barkatullah University. His blend of industry leadership and academic rigor positions him uniquely to bridge innovation and practical application.
